As Executive Director of O’Connell Law, Lauren guides the firm’s overall direction and daily operations with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and the organizational values that shape both team culture and client relationships. She builds and refines the internal systems that keep the firm running smoothly. Lauren’s work centers on fostering a supportive environment, encouraging clear communication, and ensuring clients receive the warm, responsive experience the firm is known for.
Lauren brings over a decade of progressive leadership and operations experience from the legal, education, and fitness industries. Her early work as a litigation paralegal and team lead gave her practical insight into law-firm demands, while her time as a small-business owner and her various operations roles helped her deepen her expertise in designing systems, project management and team leadership.
Lauren lives in Maryland with her husband and son. When she’s not working, she enjoys working out, hiking and trail running, and spending time with her family.
